Saving Places 2001: Preserving Diverse Cultural Heritage attracted 650
participants -- the largest gathering of preservationists in the Rocky
Mountain Region, including 24 scholarship recipients, ninety speakers,
including Senator Ben Nighthorse Campbell, offered 24 educational
sessions, four general sessions, three tours, two receptions, two book
signings, and a movie premiere.
