PRESIDENT, NATIONAL TRUST FOR HISTORIC PRESERVATION

Opening the conference is Mr. Moe who leads the National Trust in its mission to save the nations diverse historic places and create more livable communities for all Americans. He is also an advocate of controlling sprawl and encouraging smart growth, and has launched innovative initiatives to demonstrate preservation's effectiveness as a tool for community revitalization and as a key element in the fight agains climate change.
