Gold Hill Townsite

Located west of Boulder and known as an important archaeological site, the historic area includes the ruins of the Horsfal Mine and one of Colorado’s earliest Masonic halls.

Within months of listing, Boulder County purchased the site and has maintained the property as open space. Boulder County is currently working to acquire additional adjoining land and plans to create trails and an interpretation of the original site.
